PETS

We allow pets in all rooms except for Koi Story Cabin, Egyptian and Medieval Villas. 

The pet fee is $25/pet/night + tax. We do not have weight or breed restrictions.

NO SMOKING / VAPING OF ANY SUBSTANCE
inside the unit or outside with doors / windows open. Failure to comply with this rule may result in $250 penalty.

 

OPTING IN TO SMS Messaging

by making a reservation you agree to receive text message and email with arrival info to phone number and email provided during booking. Those email and phone numbers won't be used for marketing  communication and won't be shared with third parties.

EARLY CHECK INS / LATE CHECK OUTS

At Shorebirds Villas our check in time is after 3pm, everywhere else - after 4pm

Our check out time at all properties is before 11am. 
While we do our best to accommodate each request for an early check in/ late check out we are not able to guarantee such until the day of the event. We only have 1 of each kind of unit and if there is a same day check out/check in we will need the time to clean the unit and get it ready. Therefore if you want to know  if your request can be accommodated please contact us only on the day of your arrival/departure - best if you text us at 206-880-1917 - if you contact us in advance we will not be able to tell you anything for certain. Also if your check in day is a Sunday - we are not able to do early check ins on that day. We usually have 20+ cleanings to do on that day. thanks

DAMAGES
Guest may be liable for damages and incidentals up to $150 per unit.

97% if cancelled more than 14 days prior to the Check-in Date
0% if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the Check-in Date
