Close to beach. Good prices. No front desk. Close to food as in the walking distance. Ebike and moped rentals.
Kite shop everything you need for fun is within walking distance.

Tested the wi-fi and got 160/meg download.
I have seen people mad at the accumulations for Internet none existence. This place has free and fast wifi. Pizza is in next building. All the top restaurants are .5 or fewer miles from here.
For me .5 miles is walking distance.
For shamus my dog he can do 12 miles.
