They sent back my daughter's stuffed animal and my so's belt when we forgot it. I can't thank them enough! Good rooms and service! They also had board games in the room just in case you are stuck in the room for a while which I thought added a nice home touch. Thanks for the stay and if we ever need to stay in ocean shores we'll be back!
